Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of photo works best?

The best photos are taken in natural light, at eye level with your pet, and show clear details of their fur and eyes. Avoid blurry or low-light images for the best artistic result.

How long does the whole process take?

Typically, it takes our artists 2-3 business days to create your portrait. Once you approve the preview, shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days for US orders.

Can I get multiple pets in one portrait?

Yes! We offer options for portraits featuring 1, 2, or even 3 pets. Check our product pages for multi-pet options.

What artistic styles do you offer?

We specialize in realistic digital oil paintings and modern minimalist styles that look great in any home decor.

What sizes are available for the portraits?

Our standard sizes include 8x10", 12x18", and 18x24". We also offer digital-only options if you prefer to print it yourself.

Can I request revisions to the artwork?

Absolutely! We offer free unlimited revisions. We want to make sure you are 100% happy with how your pet looks before we print and ship.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for a change of heart. However, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee—we will work with you until you love the art, or provide a refund if we can't meet your expectations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.

How much does a custom portrait cost?

Our portraits start as low as $30 for digital downloads, with printed and framed options varying by size and style.

Is this a real painting or digital?

Our portraits are digitally hand-painted by professional artists. This allows us to capture incredible detail and provide fast turnaround times while maintaining a beautiful, painterly aesthetic.

What materials do you use for printing?

We use gallery-grade canvas and high-quality archival inks to ensure your portrait stays vibrant and beautiful for decades.
