At PawGallery, we strive to get your custom pet portraits to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is handled with care, from the artist's digital brush to the final packaging.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Processing & Production Time
Please note that delivery times consist of two parts: Production and Shipping. Because our portraits are hand-crafted by real artists, we require 2-3 business days to create your artwork and send you a preview for approval. Once you have approved the artwork, it is sent to production, which typically takes another 1-2 business days before it is handed over to our shipping partners.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey through our website or the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once the label has been created.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We are able to ship most orders to PO boxes within the United States. However, for larger framed portraits, we recommend using a physical street address to ensure safe delivery via our courier services.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things happen during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@pawgallery.store. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
International Customs & Duties
For international orders, please be aware that your country may charge customs duties or import taxes. These fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient. PawGallery is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the customs clearance process.
