Specifically, we use your pet photos solely for the purpose of creating the custom artwork you have ordered. Our artists use these photos as references to hand-paint your portrait.

Photo Usage and Retention

We understand that your pet photos are precious. We only use them for the artistic process. Once your order has been completed and delivered, we retain your photos in our secure database for 30 days. This allows us to easily handle any revision requests or re-orders you might have. After 30 days, your photos are permanently deleted from our active production servers. We never share or sell your photos to third parties for marketing purposes.
